Waze - a popular navigation app - is partnering with several streaming platforms to bring a new and easy way of music listening to drivers everywhere. Waze is introducing a new audio player to their platform that allows users to navigate between different music stores, without ever leaving the Waze application.
Waze has secured multiple partnerships that will allow platforms like Pandora, Deezer, TuneIn, Stitcher, and already available Spotify to be accessible within the app’s new audio player. When the new feature becomes live to the platform users will be able to switch between these different music stores. They can change platforms directly within the app, through a simple click of a button for drivers’ convenience. Keep in mind that in order to use feature, you must have each of these applications on your smartphone installed as well as an account for each store. The new Waze audio integration is only available to beta users for now but will eventually be rolled out to all users. Click HERE to be directed to Waze’s beta application.
This new method of listening to music through Waze will make it much easier for listeners to stream while on the road. Not only will people have access to new content such as playlists, radio stations, albums, and even podcasts, but the new integration will also likely urge current Waze users to sign up for these newly partnered streaming platforms. When the new update becomes live on Waze’s public application, make sure you’re distributing onto the several integrated platforms that Repost partners with. You can enable distribution onto Spotify, Deezer, and Pandora within the Repost Network dashboard under the distribution tab. Safe driving!
