We are the sole owners of the information collected on the Website. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

In order to use the Website and/or become a part of the Repost network, a user must first apply, generally by completing the application form on the Website or be invited to join by us. During such application process a user is required to give certain information (such as name and email address). This information is used to contact you about the services on the Website in which you have expressed interest.

We will use your information to respond to you, regarding your application to join the Repost network. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g., screen your application to join the Repost network, or to provide services as set forth in our Terms of Service.

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about new services or changes to this privacy policy.

Log Files

For each visitor to the Website, our web server automatically recognizes and stores information, such as the visitor's IP address/domain name combination and any referring websites. We may retain personally identifiable information, for a limited period of time, if requested by law enforcement. We may store your personally identifiable information on servers provided by third party hosting vendors with whom we have contracted.

Our operations are located primarily in the United States. If you provide personally identifiable information to us, the information will be transferred out of the European Union (EU) to the United States. By providing personally identifiable information to us, you are consenting to its storage and use as described herein. If you are a resident of a country outside of the European Union, you also agree that, in the event any dispute or claim arises out of or relating to this privacy policy that you and Repost Network Inc. will attempt in good faith to negotiate a written resolution of the matter directly between the parties. You agree that if the matter remains unresolved for forty-five (45) days after notification (via certified mail or personal delivery) that a dispute exists, all parties shall join in mediation services in Los Angeles, California with a mutually agreed mediator in an attempt to resolve the dispute. Should you file any arbitration claims, or any administrative or legal actions without first having attempted to resolve the matter by mediation, then you agree that you will not be entitled to recover attorneys' fees, even if you would otherwise be entitled to them.

Dispute Resolution for Residents of the European Union - If you are a resident of the European Union, in the event that you have any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to this privacy policy, you may report your claim to the European Union Data Protection Authorities located in your jurisdiction.


We take precautions to protect your personally identifiable information. When you submit personally identifiable information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

Wherever we collect personally identifiable information, that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. We have implemented security safeguards designed to protect the personally identifiable information that you provide in accordance with industry standards. The Do Not Track Browser Setting

We do not track our users over time and across third party websites to provide targeted advertising and therefore do not respond to Do Not Track (DNT) signals. California's Shine the Light Law

California Civil Code Section 1798.83, known as the "Shine The Light" law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us a list of what personally identifiable information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year and the names and addresses of those third parties. Requests may be made only once a year and are free of charge. Under Section 1798.83, we currently do not share any personally identifiable information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes.

California Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance

Because we value your privacy we have taken the necessary precautions to be in compliance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. We therefore will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent.

Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance

We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. The Website and our services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.
